How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your Onwa account and associated data through the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Onwa app on your device
- Go to your Profile screen
- Tap on "Settings" or "Account Settings"
- Select "Delete Account" or "Remove Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
- Enter your password to confirm deletion
Method 2: Email Request

- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your username or email address associated with your account
- State your request for account deletion
- We will respond within 30 days to confirm your request
How to Request Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)
You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account:
Delete Individual Content
- Delete Diary Entries: Open any diary entry you created, tap the edit button, then select "Delete Entry"
- Delete Buzzwords: Open any buzzword you created, tap the edit button, then select "Delete Buzzword"
- Delete Comments: Tap the three dots next to any comment you made, then select "Delete"
- Delete Profile Picture: Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Remove current profile picture
- Update Bio Information: Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Clear or update your bio

What Data is Deleted vs. Kept
Data That Will Be Deleted:
